"BYESVILLE -- Joseph A. Miller, 93, of Pleasant City, passed away Sunday (Sept. 2, 2012) at Cambridge Health Care Center. He was born May 18, 1919, in Bluebell, the son of the late Dan and Mary (Rusnak) Miller. Mr. Miller was a retired dairy farmer. He was a former member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and a current member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Jednota Lodge Chapter of Holy Trinity and a 1937 graduate of Pleasant City High School. He enjoyed playing pool, juke boxes and was called the ""Juke Box Junkie."" In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Mike, John, Dan and Andy; three sisters, Mary Shipula; and two infant sisters. He is survived by his wife, Pauline M. (Repcik) Miller, whom he married April 27, 1946; one son, Joe (Sharon) Miller of Pleasant City; two step-grandchildren, Jeff (Jill) Ross of Cambridge and John Ross of Kings Mine; two step-great-grandchildren, Randall and Patrick Ross; sister-in-law, Mary Miller of Cleveland. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville. Mass of Christian burial services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Benedict Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Robert Borer officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Byesville"
